Q. How can the Alliance help my practice?

A. The Alliance does many things that will help any practice. Experienced in the dental field we know what makes a practice tick and what the key concerns for a practice are. We can help you and your team with core CDP compliance, risk assessments and CQC. We also help with insurance packages and staff wellness. We also help any practice looking to maximise its bottom line and grow.

Utilising the relationships we have built, we can offer you customised business solutions that will make your life easier and your business margins grow.

Q. Does the Alliance do this all themselves?

A. No. The Alliance works with selected key service providers and you pick and choose what aspects of the Alliance you use. For example, if you want help with reducing the costs involved with clinical waste, we have a partner that helps with that. If you want to ensure your practice is CQC complainant before an inspection, we have people to help.  If you want to have a legionella or fire risk assessment completed, we have partners for that. If you want to reduce the amount you spend each month on materials, we can help. If you need to look into your utility costs we have the people too.

 

Using our selected partners we can help with almost everything that happens in your practice. If it is compliance, training or costs we have the people you need. 

Q. Can I approach these partners myself?

A. Yes. You are more than welcome to approach our partners yourself and try to reduce your costs and maximise your business bottom line. However, our supply partners have an agreement with us that ensures member practices receive either a much reduced cost or the cost is covered in the monthly fee paid to the Alliance by it's members.  Any approaches to our partners from any practice in the UK will incur the full fee of our partner’s services.

Q. Does the Alliance interfere with my business?

A. No. The Alliance is not a management company, we are not clinical advisors and we are not here to get involved with the running of your business. The Alliance is here as an association that you join and take advantage of the deals and systems we have in place.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. The Alliance charges a small fee each month per member practice that it reinvests back into services. These services either reduce or cover costs for things such as*:

  • Core CPD courses for you and your team
  • Reducing in the amount you pay for risk assessments
  • Covering our partners costs for CQC inspections
  • Covering the costs incurred by our partners when obtaining you the best deals

 We charge £75 per month per practice.

 *The list above is not exhaustive and only covers a small amount that the monthly fee is paid towards.

Q. What if I find cheaper prices?

A. At the Alliance we believe that we are stronger when we work together. Much care is taken to ensure you never pay more than you need to for any material or sundry. We are constantly seeking a reduction in prices across the board for all of our members and work hard 7 days a week, 365 days per year to get you the best deals.

If you should find a price that is better than what the Alliance if offering, as a member we would request that you send this to us so that we can drive the cost down even further for you and all other members.

Q. What if I need help with something that you do not do?

A. The Alliance covers most aspects of running a practice, however you may notice that we do not advertise certain things that you may need or want. If this is the case we would ask you to contact us with exactly what you want and we will work to get you the very best deal.

Q. What if I am in a contract and want to use the Alliance?

A. If you are in a contract, our partners will look to see if it would be beneficial for you to end it early. If this is not an option then we will monitor your contract's end date to advise and apply the savings that are possible at the time of contract's end.
